In writing
Valuations, quotes, reserves and commissions are written down before anything happens. What you were told is what you can hold us to.
Checked on the bench
Every watch that passes through - bought, sold, sourced, consigned - goes on the timegrapher and under the loupe first. No exceptions for a familiar reference.
Insured throughout
From the moment a watch is in our hands until it is back in yours or its new owner’s, it is covered: on the bench, in the safe, in transit.
Common questions
Before you pick up the phone
Do any of these services cost anything up front?
No. Sourcing has no search fee, valuations are free and in writing, part exchange figures are free, consignment terms are agreed before the watch leaves you, and service work is quoted before it starts. The only thing you pay for is a watch you decide to buy or work you decide to have done.
Can I combine services?
Often that is the sensible route. A sourced watch can be part-funded by a part exchange; a consigned watch can be serviced first to improve the price; a watch bought from us comes with aftercare. Tell us the whole picture and we will suggest the simplest way through it.
Do I need to come to Llanelli?
Only if you want to. Every service can be handled by phone, WhatsApp or email with insured courier in both directions. Viewings and handovers in person are available by appointment for anyone who prefers them.
